Bobby Flay is a renowned chef and quintessential son of New York City. Over the course of his career, he has made a name beyond his hometown to be recognized globally as both a celebrity chef and tv personality. However, he wanted his new site to embody more than just his recipes and tv appearances. This new site needed to reflect not only his past, but his present passions and future endeavors as an entrepreneur.

Long associated with the New York restaurant scene, Bobby wanted a site that reflected his inspirations, rather than his status as an icon: a lifelong passion for traveling to Italy, the experience of food, and the pleasures of conversation.
